The card registration is for user verification purposes (to filter away scammers)
There’ll be no deduction from your card until you agree to subscribe with us.
Meaning, even though you decided not to proceed with subscription after the trial period, you won’t be charged.
During trial period, merchant will experience which plan?
You’ll be using the plans that you choose out of 3 plans offered for 14 days.
Sales income made during trial period are fully yours. (unless you added Yezza Pay during trial)

Do we need to uninstall WhatsApp if we use Yezza?

Yes, the sales income will be transferred to the bank account registered with Yezza Pay.
The transfer will be made automatically after 3 working days.

Is there any product upload limit for 1 account?
Unlimited.
You can upload unlimited number of products in one account.
Just make sure the each product has a different name to make it easy attaching the products to the WhatsApp Form.
If you had a large number of variable products, we suggest you to use Yezza Store.
How to put a remark on order?
You can make a remark section in an order by putting it in WhatsApp Form as addtional info.

You can offer COD and postage by setting up delivery zones. With zones setted up, you can offer delivery services accordingly.

Can I offer self pickup with Yezza?
Not a problem. Just deactivate the Delivery Settings.
For merchant’s that offer both self-pickup and also delivery services, they are a few things that they need to do.

How many Coupon that merchant can create?
You can create as many discount coupon as you want.
My Customer unable to fill their phone number. It mentioned as invalid.
We make a ‘validation code’ inside the phone detail box, where if the filled number is less than 7 digits after 01X, the invalid message will appear.
If it was enough, make sure customer’s did not enter ‘space during filling in.
I used WhatsApp Business number. But some of my conversation went to other numbers.
If you use WhatsApp Business (where the number is the same as your WhatsApp Personal), we advice you to delete the WhatsApp Personal apps.
If both apps used different numbers, make sure the admin registered the correct number.
I plan to take Business Plan. Plan to take in more agents than 5. Is it possbile?
No problem. Even though you already reach the limit, you have no problem to add more.
But you’ll be charged monthly according to the additional person added.

What’s the difference between monthly RM37 and RM50 for Personal Plan?
RM37 per month for yearly agreement contract. Meaning, merchant will authorise Yezza to directly debit from the card registered every month for a year.
For RM50 per month, it’s a monthly agreement. Merchant will authorise Yezza for payment each month.
What’s the different between RM50/month and Free + 2%?
Its a monthly rate offered by Yezza for Personal Plan.
Either merchant pays RM50/month, or charge 2% from the total sales made that month.
So, if you choose Free + 2% and you did not make any sales that month, you won’t be charged.
I already subscribed Personal plan for a year but wish to upgrade. How will be the payment?
Not a problem. Just contact Yezza Support for upgrade request.
