We understand that sometimes merchant preferred to use their own personal rider for delivery.

How To Set Your Rider

Click <Order> and search customer
> Click <Add Rider> like below

> Click <Add New>
> Enters your Riders details. Click <Add> when finished.

> If you wish to add more Riders, click <Add New> and repeat the steps above.
> Select the rider that you want to use. Click <Send Details> to share order details to the rider.

 > WhatsApp Message containing order details will be send to Rider. Example like below.

> In <Orders>, click <Update> and choose <Shipped> as soon as the Rider picked up the order.

Note : No problem if your choose directly <Received> if you trust your rider to deliver.

> Choose <Cancelled> if the customer happened to cancel the order.
> What ever status above, it will be reflected at the Customer’s invoice in <Database>
