For merchants that offered Payment Upon Pickup or Self Pickup, below are the steps.

1. Set a special ‘zone’ for Self Pickup through <Manage Delivery Charge By Zone>

2. Create a suitable name. Use a name that customers understand that it is for self pickup option. Tick <Manual Shipping> box. Click <Add> when finished.

3. Click <edit> at Manual Setting. Enter a suitable name in the description. Then selected the created zone. Click <Add> when finished.

4. From customers perspective, they need to fill in their address eventhough they opt for a selfpickup. (They can just put their house postcode then fill in the address with just self pickup)
5. There are ways for them not to fill in their address. It is discussed in the article below.

6. Then, they can choose Self Pickup during <Select Location>. Option Self Pickup will appear according to what you have created.

7. For Self Pickup payment, we suggest you to activate Cash On Delivery. This is to make thing easy to manage their order as it will appear in your <Orders>
