If you have a Shopify akaun and planning to integrate with Yezza, you able to do that by following the steps below.

  1. At your Shopify dashboard, click <Apps> on the left and then <Manage Private Apps> below.
  1. Click at <Enable Private Apps Development>
  1. Tick all three check boxes and click at <Enable Private Apps Development>
  1. Fill in your Apps Details. We advise to put Yezza as name and use the same Yezza registered email.
  1. Scroll below. Click at <Show Inactive Admin API permission>. Change Inventoy, Products and Orders like below :
  1. Click <save> when done. Admin API will appear like below.
  1. Open your Yezza Dashboard. Click <Setting> , <Advance Settings> then <Manage> Shopify.
  1. Click <Connect Website>
  2. Enter the required details by using the information at the Admin API at Shopify.
  1. Make sure all are green at Check Permission page. If not, go back to Step 5.
  1. At Sync Settings, activate Sync Product Inventory and Manage Order. Click <Next> when done.
  1. Congaratulations, you successfully integrated your Yezza with Shopify! Click <Finish>

To make sure all Shopify products are imported to Yezza, you need to do the following steps.

  1. Make sure you Shopify have products.
  1. In Yezza, open <Manage> Shopify and click <Sync Products>.
  1. Click <Import All Products>.

Nota : As of nowm Yezza able to import FROM Shopify. Yezza Team is still working on exporting product TO Shopify.

  1. When succesfully Sync, all you Shopify products are now in Yezza (From pricing to item details.)

Nota : Product with variant in Shopify are not imported fully as of now. Merchant need to manually at their variant manually in Yezza.

  1. Data inventory Shopify are updated in real time to Yezza and vice versa. But if there were are changes in product details or pricing in Shopify, merchant need to load it by clicking <Fetch Latest Product Data>. This to make sure Yezza are reflecting the same price and product details.

Nota : Any changes in Yezza however (Price, details) are not reflected in Shopify.

With this integration, merchant will get :

  • Orders in Shopify will appear in Yezza <Order> section. You can now manage shipping in Yezza. (Orders in Yezza will not appear in Shopify however)
  • Any activity to inventory related will be updated real time between Shopify and Yezza. For example below :
  • Yezza (-1) is a buying activity in Yezza
  • Yezza (+6) is a manual add on inventory in Yezza.
  • Admin (+20) inventory add in Shopify.
