Yezza able to set types of delivery according to your zone.

For example, your Harumanis Mangos are sold by COD. But there are demands for outside you delivery area.

You can manage this demand by using delivery zone.

Steps To Setup #

1. Click <Manage Delivery Charge By Zone>

2. Click <Add>

3. Enter your selling zones. Then set which delivery services that caters that particular zone. Click <Add> when finished.

4. Below is an example for zones that have been setup. The Yezza Logo meant for a zone that uses manual delivery.

From customers perspective, they can choose their respective zones during payment as below.

According to above example, let say the customer is from outside Selayang area. He will choose Luar Kawasan Bandar Selayang. Below are the types of delivery that he can choose that caters his zone.

From customer’s part, they need to enter their delivery address details in the invoice (top left) before continuing with the payment.

If the customer fail to this, he unable to continue with the payment.

Here, customer able to see the total amount to be paid.

So, you doesn’t need to make the delivery charge as a product in the WhatsApp Form.

Note : If you use multiple delivery services or use J&T / Ninjavan, we advise you to form a zone with a proper naming like below.
