Some merchants prefer to have their own custom domain. It shows that the merchant have their own website. This is very effective for marketing and to build customer’s trust.
For example, a WhatsApp Form link by default will be as – https://kedaisimon.yzza.io/s5wb4
With custom domain, merchant able to choose any names they want. For example, I change my link to – https://kedaisimon.com/
Eventhough, you plan to apply just for WhatsApp Form, follow the steps below :
- Click <Yezza Store> at your home dashboard.
- Choose <Request Custom Domain>
- After clicking, a window like below will appear. Enter your desired name as domain.
- Mark ‘Yes’ if you had your own domain previously. If not, leave it as a ‘No’
- Click <Send Message>
- Your request will be processed by our Support Team and they’ll contact you for further action.
This is open for all types of subscription.
Note : For merchants who previously have their owned domain, Support will email you the next required steps to do so.
After successfully acquire a domain, go to <Settings> then <Advance Settings> and <Manage> Custom Domain.
