To setup delivery method, go to Menu > Settings > Shipping & Delivery
At Shipping Zone, at least 1 zone needs to be activated.
Otherwise, your buyers will be able to complete their orders without filling in addresses and paying for the shipping fees, and this might be a problem to your fulfilment side.
Click on +ADD ZONE , name the zone, for example “Semenanjung”
Next, choose/tick whether Self Pickup, Manual Delivery, or Easyparcel/Lalamove/ZeptoExress. You may choose more than one option here.
Note: To be able to select Easyparcel/Lalamove/ZeptoExress, you must have integrated these accounts with your Yezza system.

For Manual Delivery, you have to first +ADD RATE
Put in names and rates accordingly.
While filling this part, in Charge Type, if you’re going to choose By weight, you have to make sure the products that you already/will upload have prescribed weight. If they don’t, you have to choose Flat rate instead.
However, if you’re going to integrate with the Easyparcel too, all your products must have prescribed weight nevertheless. If they don’t, your customers will not be able to choose a courier upon completing their orders.
Click Update Zone once you’re done, and you may then try filling in your order form to see the flow from the perspective of your customers.
