This is where your customers are going to place their order. It is also be known as the Order Forms.

On Menu > Whatsapp Forms > +Create Form

Begin by giving a name to the form. This is just for your own reference, your customers are not going to see it.

At the Data Collection part, you are going to decide what box appears and to be filled by your leads. Click collect extra info if you need more boxes than the ones made default.

At the Attach Product section, click +ADD and select the products that you want to include in this form. Those unselected will not appear here.

Next, choose a layout. Click example to see what each of them is like.

This form will later come in as a Whatsapp Message. At the who’s selling, attach the user who is going to attend the message later. It can be the Admin, or Salesperson. If more than 1 person is attached, the incoming leads will be distributed in an alternative order.

Click create once you’re done.

You may test the Whatsapp Form by viewing it, and filling it with mock details to see it from the perspective of your customers.
