Yezza offers 4 types of WhatsApp Form to choose from :

  • > Inquiry (No Clear Products)
  • > Dropdown (Single Selection)
  • > Card (Multiple Selection)
  • > List (Multiple Selection)

Let us see the difference by using a business example : Post-natal Massage services that offers 3 packages.

Inquiry #

In form settings, only Name and No Telephone and products have been attached. But, in the Inquiry type form will show no products at all.

This type of form is suitable for gathering customer details.

Dropdown #

The same form settings like the Inquiry example above. Nothing has been change including attached products.

Only layout option is different, which is Dropdown has been selected.

Card #

For this example, we added details Tarikh Mula Mengurut as below. We ticked as Required to make it compulsory to be filled in.

List #

For this example, we did not add Tarikh Mengurut as an additional details but we made this form have the option to Pay Now.

With the pay now option turned on, customers have the option to pay directly without contacting you.
