As default, details like Name and No Telephone are added each time you <Add Form>. Below example are from customer’s POV.

To add additional details required or notifying customer on certain issue, you only click <+Collect Extra Info> to start adding.

Examples : Homestay Em-C Business in PD #

Info below are required form Customer.

  • > Check In Date – required
  • > Check Out Date – required
  • > Arrival time (Em-C suggests to arrive after 2pm) – optional
  • > Number of guest – required
  • > Join Em-C WhatsApp Group? – optional
  • > Important points that guests need to be aware – required
  • > Terms & Condition – required

After clicking <+collect extra info>, just enter the details below using the suitable option.

Tick Appear in WhatsApp Message if you required the info to be shown in WhatsApp message when the buyer communicate via WhatsApp.

Below is the options that I used for every info that is required :

  1. Check In / Check Out – [Date]
  1. Arrival Time – [Time]
  1. Numbers of Guests – [Text]
  1. Join WhatsApp Group ? – [Dropdown]
  1. Important Info For Guest – [Checklist]
  1. Terms & Conditions – [Long Text]

You will see as below. Tick the required box if the info need to be filled by customers. Click <Save> when finished.

Note : To make a perfect WhatsApp Form, you doesn’t need to use all the options given. Our advise is to make your form as simple as possible. So that your prospect doesn’t get a hard time filling it.
