In <Database> each customer’s details are divided to two : Customer Info & Order Details.

Below example is a lead that came through Kebab & John WhatsApp Form and managed by Admin Aizuddin. (blue arrow)

Red circle on top left are customer’s name and phone number.

Show Details (1) contains details filled by the customer in WhatsApp Form.

Show Details (2) contains customer’s order details.

Edit (3) is to change lead’s status to below :

Edit (4) is to change / edit customer’s order. Merchant are given the freedom to give more discount for each product ordered by a customer.

Note : When an order is Paid , merchant unable to change this.

<View Invoice> to view customer’s invoice. Here is also the place to mark customer’s invoice as Mark As Paid.

Button (5) is to delete customer’s order data.

By understanding all these, you and your sales team can manage your customers in an efficient way.

Note : If you offer <Bank Transfer> payment method and managing customers using <Customers>, it may cause a confusion between paid and yet to pay customers.

Cold Leads Example #

Cold Leads usually are prospects that just browsing through your WhatsApp Form. They can be detected by :

  • – Weird names
  • – Details customer has no delivery address in Show Details

This happens when –

  1. Customers clicked WhatsApp Now button but did not continue to send message and start WhatsApp conversation with the merchant.
  2. Customers clicked Pay Now but did not continue to fill the delivery address.

We can’t deny that there are other factors that made the lead to behave that way such as disconnected internet while filling up and other external issue.

So it’s up to merchant and sales team to do Follow Up by clicking the logo WhatsApp logo to directly contact them.

If the number that they entered are invalid or they apparently not interested with your product, you might as well delete.

Hot Leads Examples #

Hot leads is a prospect that has a high probability to buy your product. In other words, fish-on!

They can be detected with complete shipping address like below.

Note : If customer had already paid via payment gateway like Yezza Pay, it’ll be remarked as ‘Paid. Not Editable.‘ Merchant can directly process the orders in <Orders>

Sales Team need to do follow up with the customer by clicking the WhatsApp logo.

If the customer made a manual bank transfer and provided the proof of payment, click at <View Invoice> and update to Mark as paid.

Then, manage the order accordingly.

Nota : If the customer did not proceed the payment because felt to expensice, you can offer them to do partial payment. If the customer agreed, click <View Invoice> and tick <Allow Partial Payment> like below.
