Managing Aspect
Yezza distribute leads from WhatsApp Form equally among the name’s attached in Who’s Selling. You can edit these names in the Form anytime.
For agents, they’ll get the facility to get their own unique Smart Link when they click the button <Share>
But this won’t change anything as they still have the responsibility to manage their leads.
For Admins, you can manage incoming leads and their status in <Customers>
From example above, as Admin, you need to understand that :
- From – WhatsApp Form name that the lead came through
- Sent to – Sales / agent’s name that this lead was assigned
Agents / Sales only able to see leads that were assigned to them.
For performance, Admin able to manage in <Sales Team>
Delivery
Agent / Sales able to manage delivery order in Yezza by using the delivery setting set by Admin.
Example : If Admin had set their EasyParcel where the pickup point is at HQ, sales /agents need to manage the order with that delivery setting.
Payment
Only Admin able to view <Transaction> under <Database>
Payment also have to be manage by agents / sales with the payment setting set by the Admin. That being said that every payment will be transfered to the account set by the Admin.
No more agent / sales being dishonest…
Example : If Admin set BigMoney Co. CIMB account for their manual bank transfer payment method, customer will only see that account number during payment.
Every successful close (paid), agent / sales will receive notification email from Yezza.
This is to facilitate Admin on their agent’s commission payout.

Only Suitable For Drop ships?
Yes and no.
Even if you are a stockist agents, you’ll find no problem using Yezza, even though your HQ not using Yezza services.
As you are the one who are holding product stock, we find it no issue to manage your own order and delivery no?
Same goes to drop shop agents. If your HQ yet to use Yezza, it won’t stop you to go further to find more buyer right?
