When downloaded, this happened!
Don’t panic.
The data can still be rearrange by using text to column steps
Steps are :
1. Click column A
2. Click <Data>
3. Click <Text to Column>
4. Click <delimited>
5. Click <Next>
6. Choose one of <delimiters>.
If you study the first picture, details like invoice_no date and form name are seperated by comma (,). So choose comma.
7. Click <Next>
8. Then click <Finish> when finished
If you use Microsoft Excel with at least 2013 version, usually the program will automatically sort the data.
