You can create / custom the message that you receivce when a prospect trying to contact you.

Follow steps below :

  1. Open <WhatsApp Form> and <edit> the desired form.
  1. Click <edit messsage template> to start creating.
  1. Create the message that you desire. Example as below. If your form have additional infos, the more insert field available. By default, you only have five.
  2. You don’t have to use all Fields. It all depends on how convenient are you ready a message from prospects.
  3. Here, you can unleashed your creativity to form a simple but simple to read messages for you and your salesteam to read. You can even add emojis here!
  1. On the bottom part of the example, there is a Preview on how will the message appear form customer’s perspective. Click <Update> and <Save> when finished and voila!

When prospect fill you form and click the <WhatsApp> button, you will receive a message just like you created.

Note : The example given is from a merchant that did not activate its delivery due to his business nature prioritising self-pickups. Further read : Delivery atau No Delivery?

This will give an advantage for merchants who focus on client communication before closing a deal. Usually for merchant that did not activate the ‘Pay now” button.

If you had 5 different forms, you can create each to have its own message accordingly. So, let say you have a special form for salesperson / agents, you can now differentiate there orders with this feature.
