Sometimes it happened that paid customers want to change their order details like delivery address, order quantity and other request.
Example given here is an issue where paid customer did not give a correct delivery address.
- Search customer’s info in <Database>. Filter with Paid status.
- Click <Edit> at Customer Info , and change the order status from process to Cancelled. This is to avoid the order to be process by the Order Managemnet team in <Orders>
- Click <Repeat This Order>. Choose the WhatsApp Form that the customer came through. Based from the example, the customer placed the order through Khabab & John. Click <Share>
- Share the URL to the customer or open the URL in other windows.
- Customer’s name and phone number has been auto-filled. Just fill in again the order and click <Proceed to Payment>.
Note : If you noticed, this form has one button which is Proceed To Payment
- In the invoice, change the wrong address to the correct address by clicking <edit>
- IMPORTANT STEP – Finished editing, click <Pay Now>. When reaching Payment Method page, close the window.
Note : By not continuing the payment method, there is now payment made. But the step 7 is important so that the system the order in <Database>
- Mark as paid the invoice and proceed with the order. The previous Cancelled invoice need to be deleted to avoid confusion.
As of now, Yezza sistem won’t allow merchants to change paid order directly. This is to avoid confusion with merchant order and fullfillment management.
But we still take into account any feedback from Yezza user that want this function to avoid asking Customer to fill in new form.
