> Can add, edit and see WhatsApp Form, Product and salesperson / agent. In short, admin have the full access to the dashboard.
> Monitor salesperson / agents performance in <Sales Team>
> Add or remove sales / agents name from a WhatsApp Form. Number of names are limited according to your subscription plan. Please contact Yezza Support to add additional names to your account.
> Can change any setting in <Settings> (Delivery settings, Payments settings etc)
SALES PERSON

> ONLY able to see form, product and their own performance.
> Sharing leads that came from the same form. Example, 3 salesperson in a form with 9 leads came in. Every salesperson will get 3 leads.
> More on helping HQ on marketing rather doing marketing for themselves.
AGENT (Reseller/Dropship)

> Like salesperson, they only can see their form, product and their own performance.
> Will not share their leads with other salesperson under the same form as long as the leads came through agent’s unique link.
> Need to login to Yezza to get their own unique Smart Link.
> May need to do their own marketing to get their own leads and sales.
