Customer’s order can be edited in <Customers> with the conditioned that the customer is yet to make any payment.

Below is an example where a leads came via Yezza Store but didn’t continue with the purchass.

Note : Eventhough the given example is from Yezza Store, it can be apply with WhatsApp Form.

From the follow-up made, the lead wished that :

  • – Additional of 10 shirts L size
  • – Hair cut services for 5 men during the stay
  • – Other than recorded add-on Jet Ski & Lunch & Dinner, add 1x more Lunch Dinner
  • – A RM100 discount for the stay.

He also mentioned that he did not continue to purchase because unsure to fill in which address in delivery address, as he is from Bangi but the homestay is at PD.

How To Manage : #

  1. Open customer’s invoice in <Database>. Click <Edit> in the Order Details area.
  1. Click <Open All Products>. Merchant will be brought to Yezza Store to change the order according to customer’s request.

Other than recorded add-on Jet Ski & Lunch & Dinner, add 1x more Lunch Dinner

  1. Click <Save> and close the window. Return to dashboard and open again customer’s invoice for the next request. Click <edit>

A RM100 discount for the stay.

  1. Enter RM100 in the discount section. Click <Update Order>
  2. Click Share button to share the newest invoice to the customer.
  1. Request the customer to confirm the order. If he agreed, request to fill the delivery address with the homestay’s address. This is because the hair cut service need to be done over there.
  1. Customer can proceed with the payment and manage the order as usual.

Nota : Based from the example, you can see that Yezza Store is not suitable to be mix between normal products and service based products that requires date and time.
