There are times that our product face logistic hiccups or issues that requires it to be temporary removed from our shop.

As an example below, the grinding machine was down and the merchant unable to offer grinding services.

So, deactivate it is the answer rather than to delete dan reupload the product.

Steps are :

  1. Open <Products> to get the whole product list uploaded to your Yezza account.
  1. Click the blue button on the top right of the product to deactivate. A small notification will pop out saying that the product is now in draft stauts.
  1. The product now have been deactivated in all forms and store.
