How To Manage A Repeat Customer – [Update 22/07]

Customer who wish to repeat an order usually felt redundant filling up their details and address again.

Below is the quickest way for them for repeating an order from you.

  1. Search customer’s invoice in <Database>. Filter with Paid status.
  1. Click <Repeat This Order>. Choose the WhatsApp Form that the customer ordered. Based from the example given, customer ordered via Khabab & John form. Click <Share>
  1. Share the URL with the customer for them to start ordering. Their names, telephone number and delivery address are auto-filled. Convenient right?
