Tips – Use Webhook

Webhook is a tool for user to set an automation according to an event in Yezza by using a a third party software to connect.

Example :

• A leads looking to your product, you’ll receive a notification through Telegram. (Yezza-webhook-Telegram)
• Customer entered date of order, it gets recorded automatiocally to Google Calendar. (Yezza-webhook-Google Calendar)
• Customber bought from you, they’ll receive a welcoming email or link containing your product through Gmail. (Yezza-webhook-Gmail)

Softwares that offered webhook using able to connect to more than 1000 apps. ( Example : Zapier , IFTTT , etc)

How to Connect Webhook software to Yezza.

1. Open <Setting> and choose <Advance Setting>.

2. Choose <Webhook> and <Manage>

3. Use the given API to put it in your selected webhook software.
4. After creating an event, click the right button for activation. Enter the URL from your webshook software to the given spance.

5. Click <Test> to test whether the setup is successful. Click <Update> When finish.
