Below is your <Customers> interface in Yezza dashboard from Desktop or Mobile View.

Here you can search the customer by entering their name / phone number in <Search Database>

You can all filter to :

  • [Paid]
  • [Unpaid]

Or you can filter according to Source, Salesperson, Product, Date or Status like below

  • Source is your WhatsApp Forms list.
  • Salesperson contains your agents, salespersons and admins.
  • Product contains your whole product in your shop.
  • Date and Status have these filters like below.

You can also download the file by clicking <Export>

For example – You can get yesterday’s unprocessed paid customer data for those order Kebab Daging Sos Leleh.

Steps are :

  1. Filter paid customers by clicking <Paid>
  2. Filter <Product> to “Kebab Daging Sos Leleh”
  3. Filter to yesterday by clicking <Date> then choose Yesterday.
  4. Filter status by clicking <Status> then choose New.
  5. Click <Export> to get the data in .CSV format (Open with Excel)
