  • > Wrong customer’s name because too much similiar names in WhatsApp.
  • > Miss-looked an order because of difficult tracking.

So Yezza offers <Database> which divided into 3 sections :

  1. Customer
  2. Order
  3. Transaction

Customer #

The main window to manage your customers.

Filter customer’s name according to order status, date or directly search by typing their name / phone number in ‘Search’ section.

According to example aboive, every customer’s data will be shown into 2 area which is Customer Info and Order Details.

Customer Info
Show details contacins customer’s delivery address. Usually customers who did not fill their delivery address are considered as cold leads.

Edit‘ is used to update customer’s status to New, Leads, Follow Up or Cancel.

Order Details
Show Details here contains customer’s simplified order details (no add-ons) while Edit here is used to change or update customer’s invoice for order changes if any.

View Invoice is for you to view customer’s invoice and change their stauts into mark as paid , authorizing Partial Payment or sending invoice to customers.

If you filter to PAID , you’ll create a data pool for all customers that have successfully bought a product from your shop.

Here you can :

View Receipt – To view customer’s final receipt. You can print the receipt in PDF format or to your printer (connected to your phone through wifi hub or local network)

Repeat This Order – If the customer wanted to repeat their order, choose this button, choose the suitable form and share it to the customer.

If you like to work on your customer’s data manually, you can use Export and download into .CSV format. (open with Excel)

Orders #

Every paid orders will be recorded into this section.

So, this is an important section for team that managing delivery and fulfilment as each order contains more details.

Shipping Method chosen by customer will appear here. Example above is Manual

Customer Details containes additional details that are filled by customers in your WhatsApp Form.

Here, customer’s order are seen in further details including the add-ons ordered.

For merchant that used Rider services, you can set your riding here.

Update – As soon as an order being fulfilled, merchant can update it here.

Transaction #

If you offered online banking via payment gateway, this is the important section to track payment from customer.

Time are really saved here if you are using Yezza Pay.

No more hassle to repeatedly reconcile customer’s payment through bank statement.

So in this section, you can track your cash flow easily.
